To marry in Australia you are required to complete a Notice of Intended Marriage, which you can download above. Alternatively you can contact me and I will send one to you. This form will be signed by you at our first meeting. It must be lodged with me no earlier than 18 months and no later than one month and one day before your Wedding Ceremony.
You will need to bring to the first interview: your birth certificate or extract of birth certificate (or if born overseas, your passport) your Decree Absolute (if divorced) Death Certificate (if widowed)
